WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

All sales are final. There will be no returns or refunds due to safety concerns with COVID-19. However, exchanges are available. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in the same condition that it  was received. The original packaging must be intact, and an exchange request must be made within 24 hours of receiving your product. Exchanges are only eligible if the product isn't the right size and/or there were some defects on the product. HOW DO WE GO ABOUT WASHING YOUR PRODUCTS?

All of our products are produced with extreme precision and material. The best way to take care of your products is either to take it to the dry cleaner's or to wash it with cold water, and air dry your products. For all sweatshirts, wash inside out.
